Trading Solvent Liquidation

We were appointed Liquidators in the Members Voluntary Liquidation (MVL) ofa large Somerset residential home in May 2013.

The Solvent Liquidation was complicated, requiring the re housing of a number of elderly residents. With the re housing successfully completed the remainder of the company's assets could be realised, tax clearance obtained from HMRC, the result being a tax efficient return of capital to shareholders.
