Byrne Associates is a dedicated insolvency practice established in 1992 to provide specialist advice in relation to all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency and rescue procedures.

Alison M Byrne FCCA MABRP became principal practitioner in 2003. Our core principles are to provide a professional yet compassionate approach to all clients and stakeholders combined with efficient, practical advice for the most appropriate route forward.

It is essential that businesses and individuals seek early advice as it is often possible to avoid formal insolvency proceedings and implement a recovery plan.
