Alison Byrne

Alison has been the Principal of Byrne Associates since 2000 and is licensed to act as an Insolvency Practitioner by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She is an experienced insolvency practitioner specialising in corporate and personal insolvency and rescue procedures and an active member of R3, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals, having been elected to the national Council last year. She also sits on the Policy Group, Smaller Practices Group and the South West regional Committee.

"One of the key aspects of my role is helping clients through what is a very difficult and stressful situation. It is very rewarding to see how the burden they face can be lifted by the knowledge that there is someone to help them through it all. Whilst we cannot always save the business we can certainly help them to realise that there is a light at the end of the tunnel."

Outside of work Alison is a keen runner when not spending time with her young son Oscar.
