Wind Down of Clothing Boutique

In February 2014 we were appointed as Joint Liquidators of a boutique clothing retailer established in 1984 with premises in Cirencester and Marlborough. The directors expressed an interest in purchasing stock back from the Liquidators, after dealing with retention of title issues and with the directors offer to purchase remaining stock, based upon a professional valuation, the offer was accepted by the Liquidators.

Unburdened by 2 premises the directors continue to trade from the remaining premises.      

Directors Comment: "I approached with trepidation not really knowing what to expect, especially after running a very successful business for 30 years. I can honestly say that at the initial meeting with the proposed Liquidators there was a lot of information to take in. For any person wondering if this is the path to choose, they will be in safe hands without embarrassment or pressure".
