Redundancy Claims for Directors

In March 2010 we were appointed Liquidator of an Optician in South Wales. The Stock and equipment was sold at auction and the customer list sold to a local competitor. 

The directors of the company successfully made claims for redundancy pay and notice pay from the Redundancy Payment Office.
