Rapid Distribution of Funds to Shareholder

In December 2008 we were appointed Liquidator of the solvent liquidation of an investment company.

Within 3 months of appointment a distribution of over 70% of the shareholders' funds had been made. 4 months later a second and final distribution was made bringing the total funds distributed in this case to £491,000 and the associated tax savings of the distribution attracting Capital Gains Tax rather than Income Tax.
