Completion of Work In Progress Enhances Realisations

Appointed as Liquidator of a Devon based manufacturing company in September 2006. The company's main assets were its work in progress and book debt ledger.

With the assistance of specialist construction surveyors we were able to access and successfully complete several projects which resulted in enhanced realisations. Total realisations amounted to c£66k which enabled preferential creditors to be paid in full.
